About Bellevue Quarry

This quarry was initially run by Wright and Company which supplied Quartzite to Algoma Steel via train loading dock on the ACR.  The quarry was eventually taken over by Algoma Steel.  In 2012, there was some activity in May, where a side of the mountain was blasted down.
