About the Bar-Fin Mine
A 130' shaft was sunk in 1905 and 230' of horizontal drifting was performed at the 105' level. 120,000 lbs of copper was extracted. In the mid 1950's, de-watering of the shaft occurred with some underground drilling afterwards.
